What Control Panel do you use?
Currently we only offer cPanel as a control panel. In the future we are planning to add additional options.

What is my server's IP address?
If you log in to your cPanel account, on the left hand side you will see your server's IP address on the left side.

How do I access the control panel?
You can access the control panel by going to:

yourdomain.com:2082
yourdomain.com/controlpanel/

If your domain has not yet propagated you can use the IP address you receive in the welcome email

How do I contact technical support?
The best way to contact our technical support department is to submit a support ticket.
