How do you bill for products and services?
Our hosting products are billed on 30-day terms. For most new accounts we do charge a setup fee. For development services, we typically charge an upfront fee.

What type of payments do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa and MasterCard through Google Checkout or PayPal. If you would like to make a payment with another method contact us at billing@hostingrx.com.

Can I change hosting plans?
Yes, you can change plans at anytime. If there is a price different we post the pro-rated amount to your account.
